I started training about six weeks ago. I have never had such an intense workout; it is the best! I found that I have more energy and feel better about myself. Cole Campbell is a great trainer and knows how to push people to give that extra 10%. Without his guidance I would have stayed a couch potato and started having a belly. The cross training has taught me that its about being better than you were yesterday and I love the positive attitude that Cole has, it radiates to his students. I would recommend this type of class to anyone.
There is an amazing sense of community and camaraderie that I truly have never felt at another gym or fitness establishment. That combined with hardcore-drenched-in-sweat, “You want us to do what?!”, makes this place addictive.
